Kenda J. Collier is an experienced accounting manager with over 18 years of accounting experience, both public and private. She started with the company as a senior accountant in 2012.

As Senior Accounting Manager at StarPlex, she helps oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close process, prepares and reviews financial statements, tracks and reconciles loan activity, as well as assists with the project accounting on development projects. Kenda also helps with the audit process, external reporting and ad hoc projects as needed.

Prior to joining StarPlex, Kenda worked for a public accounting firm as an auditor performing all aspects of the audit process from start to finish, as well as assisting with internal audits and other examinations. She was a part of the firm’s banking services group that specialized in accounting work for community banks. Aside from banking clients she also completed audits in a wide range of industries such as healthcare, construction and not-for-profits.

Kenda graduated with high honors from Abilene Christian University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and went on to obtain a Master of Accountancy. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016.
