With over 30 years of leadership experience in real estate development, Becky is a proven industry leader currently serving as Vice President at Starplex Land Development covering the four major Texas Markets. Since joining Starplex in 2019, she has directed the entitlement and development of master-planned communities, delivering over 1,000 finished residential lots. Her financial expertise includes underwiring, originating and servicing acquisition and development loans exceeding $200 million, ensuring the operational and financial success of large-scale projects in the housing market.

Becky’s career is distinguished by her ability to manage complex real estate endeavors from inception to completion. She has secured entitlements for more than 7,500 acres of land in Texas, expertly overseeing land use planning, budgeting, permitting, and fostering collaboration with government officials, builders, and community stakeholders. Her leadership in previous roles at Walton Development & Management, Stanford Carr Development, and The Mills Group underscores her consistent success, including driving a 75% sellout of a $110 million luxury residential development within one year.

Becky holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University. She is deeply involved in the industry, serving and has served as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin and Area Vice President of the Texas Association of Builders, cultivating a robust network of builder relationships.
