Her background spans legal support, transaction management, and operational leadership, with a deep understanding of complex real estate and lending processes.

Mrs. Lawson began her career as a paralegal, a role she held for many years, building a strong foundation in real estate law and transaction execution. She has since advanced into a senior leadership position at StarPlex, where she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing transaction workflows, and coordinating loan closings. In this capacity, she works closely with legal counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution across all functions.

Prior to joining StarPlex Real Estate Solutions, Mrs. Lawson held senior roles at Bayview Financial in Coral Gables, Florida, including Underwriting Manager and Transaction Manager, further strengthening her expertise in underwriting, transactional oversight, and operational risk management.
