Over the past 20 years, Ty has built a distinguished career in real estate and alternative investments. His expertise spans capital raising, product development, marketing, digital marketing, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in raising over a billion dollars in capital across multiple public and private funds, working with independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.

Since 2006, Ty has concentrated his capital raising efforts within the single-family residential housing sector, specializing in financing land acquisition and development, finished lot banking, and new home construction. He earned a BBA in Finance from Texas State University in 1992 and has been in the financial industry his whole career.

In his current role as Director of Business Development, Ty’s responsibilities primarily focus on capital raising initiatives and managing investor relations. He maintains vital long-term relationships with both our investor base and the financial advisor community and plays an integral role in the development of new investment offerings and associated fundraising efforts.
