Donna R. Lawson serves as Vice President of Operations at StarPlex Real Estate Solutions, LLC. With over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, she brings extensive expertise in legal support, transaction management, and operational oversight.

Mrs. Lawson joined StarPlex in January 2009 as a paralegal and has since advanced into a key leadership role. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing transaction processes, and coordinating loan closings. She also works closely with legal counsel and title companies to ensure smooth and efficient execution across all functions.

Prior to joining StarPlex, Mrs. Lawson held senior positions at Bayview Financial in Coral Gables, Florida, including Underwriting Manager and Transaction Manager. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
