Doug Ballast is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting. His career has been marked by a strong track record in creating and managing month end close processes, financial reporting, systems implementations and managing banking relationships.

In his current role as Vice President and Senior Controller, Mr. Ballast is involved in all aspects of financial management, including internal and external reporting, month-end close processes, ad hoc financial analysis, and oversight of tax preparation in coordination with external CPA firms.

Mr. Ballast plays a role in managing the company’s banking relationships and has successfully managed the implementation and migration of several accounting systems and loan platforms to support business growth.
