Jeff Gilpatrick is a founding partner of StarPlex Real Estate Solutions, as well as President of StarPlex Land Development. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, loan originations, home construction and land development, Mr. Gilpatrick is widely recognized as a seasoned executive and respected leader in the industry.

In his role, Mr. Gilpatrick leads the loan origination, asset management, and land acquisition and development teams, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the organization. Throughout his career, he has facilitated the origination of over $500 million in bank and private debt transactions, enabling the acquisition and development of thousands of home sites across the state of Texas.

Mr. Gilpatrick has successfully managed the entitlement of thousands of acres across the State of Texas, creating a diverse portfolio of assets ranging from traditional single-family subdivisions to highly amenitized mixed-use master-planned communities. Many of these projects have integrated public financing districts and public-private partnerships, showcasing his ability to navigate complex challenges in today’s development environment.

With extensive experience as a lender, homebuilder and land developer, Mr. Gilpatrick brings a unique perspective that focuses on creating value for all stakeholders, including investors, developers, homebuilders and homebuyers. Known for his unwavering determination and results-driven approach, he remains committed to delivering superior returns and the delivery of communities that enrich the lives of residents.

Mr. Gilpatrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
