Michael Wilson is the co-founder and partner of StarPlex Real Estate Solutions, LLC, where he oversees capital markets, investor relations, business development, and marketing strategy. He also serves as President of StarPlex General Services, LLC.

Prior to founding StarPlex, Mr. Wilson was instrumental in the capital formation efforts of a national real estate investment firm, helping structure, market, and distribute public and private offerings that raised more than $1.2 billion in real estate investment capital. He also directed the public listing of the firm’s largest real estate fund, expanding retail investor access and elevating market visibility.

With more than four decades of executive leadership experience, Mr. Wilson has held senior roles in both public and private companies, including Electronic Data Systems/OnStar, MatchLogic/Excite@Home, and Interelate, Inc. His career spans business operations, strategic marketing, business development, and technology innovation.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and an MBA from Wayne State University, and completed the Business Executive Development Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
