Stephanie M. Andreatta is a seasoned financial professional with over 28 years of experience in banking and real estate finance, specializing in collateral management, construction lending, and financial operations. She currently serves as Senior Collateral Manager at Starplex Real Estate Solutions/United Development Funding, where she has worked since 2008.

In her role, Stephanie oversees a team of three and is responsible for internal reporting, managing interim construction lending, and overseeing liquidity needs for active real estate development projects. She has played a key role in leveraging assets with financial institutions and maintaining long-standing banking relationships critical to project financing and capital efficiency.

Before joining Starplex/UDF, Stephanie served as Assistant Vice President at Premier Bank Texas, where she supervised loan operations and administration for the Texas market. Her responsibilities included ensuring the accuracy of all originated loans, preparing board reports, and managing a $3 million portfolio of consumer and commercial real estate loans.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent nearly a decade at Bank of the West, where she rose to the position of Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. She led a staff of eight and was responsible for originating consumer loans and managing a commercial loan portfolio. Her tenure at the bank included a range of roles supporting executive leadership, lending operations, and financial administration.

Stephanie is a graduate of the Texas Tech School of Banking and brings a depth of institutional knowledge, leadership experience, and expertise in real estate-backed lending to her work.
